This Privacy Policy explains what information Kibley (“Kibley,” “we,” “us”) collects when you visit kibley.com or order a Kibley AI Photoshoot, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

By using our site or ordering a photoshoot, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you order a photoshoot or request a demo, you provide your email address, and, during product intake, a description of your product, your brand, and the reference photos you upload.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. Stripe shares your name, billing country, the last four digits of your card, and payment status with us so we can fulfill and support your order.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we automatically receive standard log data such as your IP address, approximate location, device and browser type, referring URL, and the pages and buttons you interact with. We use this to run and improve the site.

Cookies and similar technologies.We use first-party and third-party cookies and pixels for analytics, advertising measurement, and maintaining your session. See “Cookies and tracking” below.

2. How we use your information

  • To create, deliver, and support your AI photoshoot.
  • To process payments and issue refunds under our guarantee.
  • To send order confirmations, delivery links, and service emails.
  • To measure and improve the performance of our site and product.
  • To measure the performance of our marketing on platforms like Meta.
  • To detect fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run Kibley:

  • Stripe: payment processing and fraud prevention.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram): advertising and conversion measurement via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API. This includes hashed identifiers such as your email so ads can be attributed correctly.
  • PostHog: product analytics and session-level usage data.
  • Typeform: collecting product intake details after purchase.
  • Vercel: hosting and content delivery.
  • AI infrastructure providers: generating your photos and videos from the reference material you submit.
  • Email delivery providers: sending you order confirmations and delivery links.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect Kibley's rights, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a sale of the business.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and pixels to keep the site running, to understand how visitors use it, and to measure the results of our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of personalized advertising through your device or ad-network preferences.

We honor “Do Not Track” signals only where required by law.

5. Your content and photos

The product photos, descriptions, and reference material you upload are used only to create your photoshoot and to support your account. We do not publish your uploads or sell them to third parties.

We may retain a copy in anonymized or aggregated form for quality assurance and to improve our models, as described in our Terms and Conditions.

6. Data retention

We keep your order information for as long as we need it to provide the service and to meet our tax, accounting, and legal obligations, typically up to seven years. Reference material submitted for your photoshoot is kept while your order is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support re-shoots.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing help@kibley.com.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and California have specific rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, and the CCPA.

To exercise any of these rights, email help@kibley.com. We may ask you to verify your identity before we act on your request.

8. International transfers

Kibley and our service providers operate globally, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures like encryption in transit, restricted access, and vetted providers to protect your information. No online service is perfectly secure, but we work to keep yours safe.

10. Children

Kibley is intended for adult business owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes we will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date.
